Who we are
Blackbird Hollow is an independent, standalone editorial site published at blackbirdhollow.farm. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages people visit and how they get here. This sets cookies and collects standard data such as your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We use it in aggregate to make the site better — not to identify you personally.
Newsletter. If you enter your email to subscribe to the Sunday letter, we store that email only to send you the letter. Nothing else.
We have no accounts, no logins, and no shopping cart, so we don’t collect passwords or payment information. We don’t knowingly collect personal information beyond the above.
Cookies
The analytics cookies described above are the main cookies this site sets. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. When you follow one of our affiliate links, the retailer or affiliate network on the other side may set its own cookies — that’s covered by their policies, not ours.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it except with the services that help us run the site: Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), and, if you subscribe, our email provider. When you click a product link, you leave our site and land on a partner’s site, which has its own privacy practices.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we hold very little — essentially aggregate analytics and, if you subscribed, your email — the simplest path is to email [email protected] and we’ll help. Adults only
This site is intended for adults 21 and over and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
